Hi, I’m Tiff! 

I currently lead the design system effort at Royal Caribbean Group, helping build and evolve a dual-brand system that supports Royal Caribbean and Celebrity.

I’m passionate about scaling design systems through strong program strategy and my role centers on leading the architectural foundations - from core tokens and theming, to components, patterns, motion, accessibility, and workflow governance. I focus on enabling teams to deliver fast, consistent, high-quality experiences across the ecosystem.

Prior to RCG, I was at CNN, where I helped rapidly ramp up and mature their design system. I was recognized for delivering impactful, innovative solutions and driving processes that elevated creative thinking and design quality across platforms.

At CNN, I was brought in to architect design artifacts, lead intake and governance, and grow the design system team. I expanded the Vossi Design System across desktop, mobile, and AV platforms, unified Figma design kits, streamlined architecture, and strengthened cross-functional collaboration through office hours, process flows, and ongoing partnership with design and engineering teams.

As a UX Principal at Wells Fargo, I spearheaded multiple initiatives to elevate the Pioneer Design System, directing the northstar vision for the brand and documentation site, and establishing a content hub that strengthened the product's identity. My role involved driving UX strategy, overseeing architecture, visual design, and content creation. I also managing design toolkits, mobile analysis, and the development of comprehensive specifications for components, patterns, and global elements.

I love collaborating and elevating design work through discovery, workshops, usability testing, or brainstorming. I strive to foster cross-functional connections with product managers, user researchers, engineers, and creative teams. By cultivating a supportive environment and bringing together diverse, well-rounded teams, I helped enhance the quality of the products we elevated.

Currently based in the Oakland, CA I’m originally from a small woodsy peninsula near Bath, Maine. I’m passionate about trail running, sustainability and the environment, literature, travel, playing the piano, volunteering, and seeing live music.
